Super Bowl Sunday is coming soon. Many who run 24/7 field services will miss all or part of the big game. With no regard for football fans, plumbing will plug up, the snow will fall and cable services will crash.
You, however, equipped with RazorSync, can be confident you won’t miss a play. Here’s your game day plan.
First, over schedule your field staff. Double up—maybe triple up—the number of workers in your on-call rotation. This is your defense against no-shows.
Next, set up a battle station with a center view of the big screen. Be sure to have a side table at hand for drinks, snacks and a charging station for your phone and tablet.
Remind your field staff to have their devices fully charged and carry vehicle chargers.
Incentivize your on-call workers by stocking company vehicles with gift bags. Include snacks, gift cards, team shirts or other appropriate gear.
Now, settle down and watch the show. Don’t worry about noise when the room goes wild with applause for a great play (or just as likely, a great commercial). You will be able to communicate with customers and field workers via texts and emails.
From your friends at RazorSync. Have a great time.
